Client Enablement Specialist (Field based)
The Client Enablement Specialist provides critical managed services to customers and support internal operations. Responsibilities will include conducting applied Vocera Systems Administration training for internal and external customers as well as providing system administration services for enterprise customers. These tasks ultimately ensure successful and continued adoption of the overall Vocera solution set for deployments around the country. **What you will do:** + Provide hands-on, applied training for internal and external Vocera System Administrators + Provide account coverage to ensure uninterrupted customer service. + Audit the quality of services, deliverables, and deployment health for customers. + Manage multiple Vocera customers, their systems, and databases + Manage Vocera servers including software updates, OS maintenance, backups, and collaborate with the customer on anti-virus, server monitoring and disaster recovery practices + Manage device inventory, including asset tracking and RMA tasks + Partner with customers to establish and execute sustainable training processes for end users + Provide on-site and/or remote support for resolving end user experience issues **What you need:** Required: + Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Nursing Informatics, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field. + 4 years clinical or healthcare IT (HIT) experience + Must be a US Citizen + Demonstrated experience supporting Vocera solutions and clinical end users through rounding and training + Highly proficient with MS Office, especially Excel + Travel up to 75% within the US with potential for international travel Preferred: + Able to work under pressure with physician and nursing staff + Demonstrated communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders + Experience with clinical workflow analysis and design + Previous clinical application analysis experience is a plus \#IND1 Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
