Client Enablement Team (CET) Fulfillment Supervisor

As the Client Enablement Team (CET) Fulfillment Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of 10-15 members in the open order health and management processes, focusing on Best Buy Business orders. You’ll ensure consistent successful order management to maximize impact and ensure client satisfaction. You’ll develop a strong team culture in a virtual environment, inspiring employees towards cohesive goals, quality execution and accountability. You’ll also lead through change to accommodate the evolution of our direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales model.
This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. Coach employees through frequent team meetings, 1 on 1s and quarterly reviews Driving team performance to ensure employees deliver optimal experiences and operational effectivenessOversee hiring, including posting roles, interviewing and extending and job offersCommunicate operational gaps and solutions to partners and leadersHelp implement improvements to order management processesResolve complex situations and escalations with clients, cross-functional partners and leaders
Basic qualifications
2 years of business or operational analysis experience 2 years previous experience driving operational initiatives
Preferred2 years of management experience or military experience, including coaching, training, recognition and performance evaluation
