Client Engagement Manager

Job Summary: The Client Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving client engagement initiatives. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that align with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.Understand client needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our services and products.Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.Prepare and present regular reports on client engagement and satisfaction metrics.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00
