Role Overview 

As a Client Account Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between our company and major insurance clients, focusing on cultivating long-term relationships and expanding business opportunities. You will lead strategic discussions, oversee solution implementations, and drive revenue growth by understanding client needs and aligning them with our services. This role requires a proactive approach in managing key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving ambitious financial targets through effective account farming and management.

Role & Responsibilities:

Work with clients to understand key business challenges and formulate solutions to address them, particularly focusing on insurance sector clients like Travelers and Pure Insurance.

Represent Clarity at client meetings, aiming to increase face time with key executives and decision makers at established accounts.

Lead proposal and statement of work (SOW) development, defining business objectives, solution approach, scope, deliverables, client responsibilities, staffing roles, pricing, and risk mitigation.

Build and nurture client relationships by understanding client business and proposing analytical solutions to institutionalize analytics across client organizations.

Proactively identify potential issues and drive resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement.

Leverage ideas across clients and domains to spot opportunities and generate revenue and engagement, including farming accounts and finding new buying centers.

Provide complex metrics and reporting support to all relevant stakeholders.

Play a key role in client management, leading and mentoring project teams, and working with the executive team on new initiatives and business development.

Qualification & Experience:

8 – 12 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's / master’s degree in engineering, Business, Economics/Statistics, or equivalent.

Strong experience in the insurance industry. Experience with analytics and AI is considered a plus.

Possess strong analytical/logical thinking skills and clarity of thought.

Strong experience in marketing analytics and working with insurance clients.

Ability to communicate clearly and present to senior leadership/executives.

Enable and demonstrate innovative thinking and inspire innovative action.

Leverage communication to inspire others. Exhibit a commitment to being a team player with a flexible “can do” attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities concerning global business fundamentals, business models, ethics, competitive analysis, and cross-cultural/geographical sensitivities.

Pay 

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $150,000 to $215,000.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a "free time" PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
