What success looks like in this role:

The Client Executive has responsibility for end to end delivery management, business development, revenue growth, profitability of the assigned P&L, customer satisfaction and building customer loyalty through continuous improvement and focused innovation initiatives in a multi-year engagement. You will also provide leadership in business planning by developing and maintaining business relationships with the client at the CxO level, business partners, channels, integrators and subcontractors.

You will deliver value by:

·        Manages and deliver client programs which may involve multiple service streams

·        Manages orders, revenue and gross margin for the total lifetime of the contract

·        Defines the governance and reporting structure for the account team and the client

·        Collaborates with the delivery team to effectively map professional relationships and accountabilities

·        Establishes clear communication channels with the customer from both a strategic and operational perspective

·        Leads the regular account and service performance reviews including monthly project status reviews

·        Contributes to monthly Outlook positions on TCV, Revenue and Margin

·        Develops a Strategic Account Plan in accordance with the prescribed ECS Account Planning Process.

·        Conducts periodic meetings with clients and delivery teams (e.g. daily status updates, service level requirement reviews, continuous improvement, change control and other informal meetings)

·        Promotes customer advocacy and owns the escalation and complaint management strategy for the account

·        Works in collaboration with clients, sales, 3rd party suppliers and commercial management to negotiate and win contract renewals

·        Leads the development of winning sales strategies on complex pursuits

·        Works with the broader local team to identify and qualify new business opportunities and present compelling business case to pursuit decision board to obtain pre-sales resources

·        Develops and maintains a pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

·        Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years’ experience in selling mission critical systems and services, demonstrating a sound, track record of success in Account retention and Development.

·        Possesses strong sales skills, knowledge and experience in the consultative/solution selling methodology, to shape and influence client relationships at the C-level and proactively gain understanding of the Client’s business strategy and associated challenges, with the goal of becoming a trusted advisor in their assigned accounts.

·        The ability to drive a joint client business planning process to identify appropriate solutions and services to underpin both client retention and business development goals through innovative change and the delivery of client competitive advantage within their market sector and eco-system.

·        Possesses, and can illustrate success, at working with C-level contacts and relationships

·        Understands business drivers within the industry and emerging marketplace trends.

·        Excellent Language skills in spoken and written English.
