Client Executive
DescriptionAs a Client Executive, you will work collaboratively with Financial Planners and Paraplanners to support a wide variety of tasks to elevate the overall client outcome. With excellent interpersonal and client care skills, you will build and maintain relationships across the business and always strive for outstanding standards of client service.
Key Responsibilities\nDevelop a comprehensive understanding of Progeny’s offerings, operational processes, and procedures within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\nPrepare, process, and support new business and the onboarding of new clients; processing and submitting a range of pensions, life assurance, and investment business. \nPrepare, process, and support the annual review journey.\nEnsure client data is accurate and up to date on both back office and provider systems.\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries within documented SLAs. \nHelp to manage planner diaries and organise client meetings when required.\nComplete office duties as required, such as managing incoming and outgoing post or invoice management. \nSupport operations related duties, such as process, procedure or system improvements. \n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nExperience in a supporting role within a financial service setting.\nExperience working in a client-facing role.\nDiploma in Financial Planning or working towards (desirable).\nBelgium Financial PCP qualification willingness to obtain. \nComprehensive knowledge of various provider platforms and their transactional requirements.\nExcellent interpersonal and client care skills.\nExceptionally organised and self-directed with strong time management abilities.\nThorough understanding of the financial services industry, including regulations.\nAbility to speak English fluently.\nAn understanding of written/spoken French or Dutch.\nHold an EU passport (if not visa requirements can be discussed).\nPlease refer to our job description to review the responsibilities and person specification in more detail.
