Client Executive, Life Insurance
This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Health & Benefits clients by supporting the delivery of Life Insurance advice and insurance solutions that meet agreed client outcomes within a specific portfolio with a weighting to specific industries. The role will be supported by the lead Client Director and Client Managers within the H&B team.
This is a full time opportunity based either in Sydney or Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.

What the day will look like
Reporting to the team Client Director, key responsibilities will include:
+ Manage a portfolio of Health & Benefits clients.
+ Grow client book through new business prospecting, in particular extending services to existing clients.
+ Engage and negotiate with applicable Life insurance markets.
+ Effectively use data and analytics to provide insights to clients and support marketing strategies across Life Insurance.
+ Work collaboratively with peers in H&B and across the broader Human Capital business to support and deliver to meet client need.
+ Design and execute client service plans to deliver superior outcomes.
+ Facilitate strategic Life insurance claim reviews with clients and Life insurers.
+ Develop solutions to meet client need resulting in improved client outcomes and ultim ately support retention.
+ Work collaboratively with Aon colleagues to build best in class solutions for clients.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Previous experience in Group Life insurance for a Life insurer and/or consultant/broker or similar organisation, for example superannuation fund/similar.
+ Knowledge of employee benefits programs, in particular Group Life, including the various legislative requirements.
+ Superior levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple client engagements across a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
+ Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, in-house designed databases).
+ Superior time management and organisation skills with an ability to handle competing tasks.
+ Exceptional communication skills to set and manage expectations at all levels both within Aon and with clients.
+ Strong ability to be able to positively influence key decision makers.
