Description\nThe opportunity 

\nWe are looking for several Client Executives to join our team and manage specialised administration support/services and maintain excellent client relationships. Integral to the delivery of outstanding client experiences at Progeny, you will work alongside our knowledgeable Paraplanners and Financial Planners to assist on cases for a wide range of clients. You will be empowered to take on new tasks, develop specialist knowledge and establish yourself as ‘a go to’ person in your team.  

\nWe are seeking someone who has gained some experience working in financial services (2 +years) and is motivated by delivering high quality work. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working both autonomously when needed, as well as working collaboratively, contributing ideas and sharing knowledge with others.

\nWe are flexible on location and therefore, this role could be based in one of our UK offices in Leeds or Nottingham. We operate hybrid working enabling home and office working, allowing you to balance your personal responsibilities/interests and connecting with your colleagues.  

What you will do The focus of this role is the timely provision of specialised administration services to our clients and colleagues, always adhering to best practices. You will take responsibility for:  \n\nClient service: acting as a point of contact for clients, resolving client queries, preparing for client meetings and maintaining positive client relationships.  \n\nManaging documentation: ensuring thorough preparation, review and management of client documentation and maintain comprehensive client files and reports.  \n\nClient account management: completing any additional client requests within set timeframes, including all client post meeting actions.  \n\nCompleting transactions: performing trading independently such as switches, withdrawals and contributions.  \n\nProcess management: undertaking all processes required within the Client Executive centre of excellence and managing all tasks.  \n\nLiaising with providers: dealing professionally with third-party providers regarding transactions and submissions.  \n\nData and system management: using platforms and systems to complete your duties, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all client records. Maintaining the accuracy of our CRM and ensuring this is accurate and kept up to date.  \n

About you To thrive in the role, you will be/have: 

\n\nFinancial Services experience – you will bring a minimum of 2 years’ experience, with a good understanding of financial products and FCA principles.  

\n\nClient-focused – experienced and thrive in a client facing role, with a genuine interest in their needs and enjoy providing proactive, effective and efficient support to stakeholders.  

\n\nA confident platforms and tech user – fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, are knowledgeable about different provider platforms and able to confidently produce and analyse reports.  

\n\nMethodical and organised – motivated to deliver high quality work, with great levels of attention to detail and experience of managing difference priorities. 

\n\nExcellent interpersonal skills –a supportive and collaborative team member with an ability to build strong relationships effectively. You will be eager to contribute, share, coach others and embrace your role as a ‘go to’ person for our Associate Client Executives.  

\n\nSelf-driven and autonomous – happy to work autonomously and confident to take on new tasks. You’ll also be eager to develop your technical knowledge/skills and strive to become a subject matter expert.  

\n\nNumerate – You have a good aptitude for numbers and enjoy applying them to real-world scenarios.  

\nNo qualification in Financial Services/Planning? No problem! Whilst working towards or holding a qualification in Financial Services is advantageous, we would still like to hear from you if you have developed great knowledge and skills in in our sector and have an eagerness to learn or begin qualifications. \n
