Mercer Marsh Benefits seeking a talented individual to join our Client Executive team in Auckland. The Client Executive will play a crucial role in managing relationships with international students, educational bodies, schools, and private training establishments, ensuring their needs are met through our Accident & Health programs.

We will count on you to:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector, including international students and educational institutionsManage and grow a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retentionCollaborate with internal teams to design and implement tailored Accident & Health programs that meet client needsProvide expert advice and support to clients regarding insurance products and services

What you need to have:

Proven experience in key account management within the insurance sectorStrong understanding of Accident & Health programs and their application in educational settingsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
