We are seeking a talented individual to join our Affinity Team at Marsh Belux. This role will be based in Belgium. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We are a team of insurance professionals focused on developing Affinity insurance programs in sectors like Automotive, Sponsored Programs, Sharing Economy & Mobility, and Equipment & Consumer Electronics.
Our programs enable clients to offer insurance as an added value to their core business, increasing customer loyalty and creating revenue opportunities. We advise local and international clients on product offerings, program structures, and leveraging technology to meet business and customer needs.
We will count on you to:
Regularly review program performance against KPIs and identify ways to increase sales, enhance product ranges, and develop long-term growth strategies with clients. You will work hand in hand with product, placement and marketing experts to achieve this and advise our clients on the best approach to take.
Monitor claims performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements to help clients and their customers manage risk and reduce insurance losses. Collaborate with your clients, internal teams as well as insurers to streamline claims processes.
Work with Placement experts to find suitable insurer options that meet client and customer needs.
Contribute to continuously adapting Marsh’s Affinity strategy based on your insights, industry trends and an ever-changing regulatory environment.
Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, providing actionable insights to drive program success.
Identify new business opportunities, prospect potential clients, and grow the portfolio by developing and actioning sales strategies tailored to client segments, managing your sales funnel and leveraging support from Marsh’s sales experts.
What you need to have:
Experience in the Affinity Insurance sector or consulting/advisory roles with client-facing experience.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
