Client Executive (Energy, Power & Construction)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in the Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to

Lead and expand a portfolio of complex accounts in the Energy, Power, Construction, and related industries.Cultivate and sustain relationships across all levels of the client’s business, from C-suite executives to insurance team members, ensuring strategic growth and addressing any client issues.Drive business growth by proactively expanding existing relationships, forging new ones, and coordinating multiple internal Marsh resources to meet client needs.Oversee claims management to ensure satisfactory resolutions, conduct regular health checks, and deliver strategic planning presentations to clients.Provide expert consultation on service requirements, insurance needs, and emerging market trends, offering valuable insights on new products and conditions impacting insurance coverage.Lead complex deal-making in insurance and reinsurance placement, including high-stakes negotiations and large revenue deals.

What you need to have:

Extensive experience in commercial broking, with a proven track record of managing high-value client portfoliosDemonstrated experience in servicing clients in construction sector. With comprehensive understanding of current trends, regulatory requirements, market dynamics and industry- specific risk management solutionsOutstanding communication and presentation skills with experience in preparing and delivering detailed reports, proposals and strategic recommendations to senior executivesAdvanced negotiation capabilities with proven ability to secure favorable terms for client and the firm
