About the Role:

As a Client Executive, you will take full ownership of your client portfolio, working closely with clients and colleagues to drive business development. You will manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring they receive exceptional service tailored to their needs. Our FINPRO team is proud of its impressive client portfolio, and as we continue to expand, we are looking for dedicated professionals to strengthen our exceptional team. You will engage with exciting clients and their businesses, collaborating to enhance existing relationships and develop new ones.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide clients with expert advice on risk management and insurance solutions.

Engage in strategic discussions with key stakeholders, including CEOs, risk managers, and CFOs.

Act as the primary contact for clients, overseeing specific aspects of their insurance engagements.

Deliver results independently while effectively managing a team of colleagues to fulfill various client needs.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your client base to expand Marsh's market presence.

Proactively reach out to potential new clients to grow our portfolio.


We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Has 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the insurance or financial services industry.

Holds a degree in law, economics, engineering, or relevant vocational training in insurance.

Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Is organized, meets deadlines, and can manage multiple tasks effectively.

Prioritizes client service and consistently puts clients first.

Enjoys working independently while also valuing teamwork and collaboration.

Is excited about being part of a large, global organization and has a keen interest in the insurance sector.
