Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a passionate and self-driven individual to join our Tiffany & Co. France & Benelux team as a Client Experience Intern. In this role, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing unique in-store and off-site events. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall client experience, supporting product launches, festive moments, and various market initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

Event Planning and Execution:

Lead the planning and execution of in-store and off-site events, including but not limited to festive moments and product launches. Collaborate internally in a 360 approach to create engaging event concepts that align with Tiffany's global strategy

KPI Consolidation and Reporting:

Work closely with the CRM team to gather and consolidate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client events. Analyze and present insightful reports to EMEA team to track the success and impact of events on client engagement.

FNBM Coordination:

Work in tandem with the France, Benelux and Monaco Client Relations Specialist to craft a harmonious synergy between event execution and personalized client experience. Ensure seamless alignment among retail teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to guarantee flawless event execution.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with external vendors, negotiating contracts and overseeing their performance to meet Tiffany's standards. Conduct regular assessments of vendor capabilities and suggest improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to upholding excellence standards. Creative mindset in order to craft impactful events.
