Position Summary

The Client Experience Manager is a liaison between clients, field staff, and the office team. This role is expected to proactively find ways to improve the client experience, take action to ensure an outstanding client experience, and manage all aspects related to client satisfaction and retention. This role will be in the office unless on client visits or otherwise agreed upon.

This full-time, salaried position allows individuals to be part of a company that serves and improves the lives of others; and requires a self-directed, self-motivated individual who truly cares and can empathize and connect with others who are in need of care for themselves or a loved one. 

NOTE: This is a very impactful and rewarding position that requires a high level of dedication. The position requires that you check your email during non-working hours and occasionally requires after-hours/weekend on-call phone coverage and meeting with clients after hours and on weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

A Positive, Can-Do, Team Attitude Taking/following up on client inquiry calls Visiting potential clients at their homes, sharing information about what makes our company different, Ensuring that inquiry conversion goals are met or exceeded Gathering and entering all information needed to begin client services Managing new client set-up in the BrightStar Care system Documenting client specifics, and updating information as appropriate Working together with the Director of Nursing and the RN Clinical Care Coordinator to identify compatible caregivers Being present at the start of client care to ensure a warm introduction and proper caregiver client orientation Working with the scheduling team to ensure shift coverage Assists with on-call phone coverage as needed Performs direct client care as needed in the event of call-offs or other shift coverage issues Conducting client touch-point calls and visits Works with billing manager to answer client billing questions Providing client concierge services Anticipating client needs Resolving client complaints Ensuring an experience that exceeds expectations Participates in company goal setting and commits to meeting individual goals Seeks ways to improve and participates in corporate beta pilots when available Supervises, educates and coaches other personnel, as directed by the Operations Manager and/or Director of Nursing Provide information to be used for statistics, reports and records for purposes of evaluation and reporting of organization activities Assures compliance with all local, state and federal laws

Requirements

Educated experience High School Diploma or equivalent required Flexibility and good time management skills A MUST 2 years’ experience in customer service within a healthcare office setting; knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations preferred Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills. Valid driver’s license; valid state required proof of auto insurance.
