The Role

Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings, and ensure that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Serve as the primary point of contact for project information and updates. Facilitate communication between internal teams across different locations (NA and Manila) and external vendors (e.g., translators, printers) to ensure project success. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records. Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, acting as the liaison between clients, team members, and external vendors. Provide detailed reports and regular updates on project status to management and other stakeholders.

The Requirement

10-15 years of managerial experience in sales and marketing / corporate communications 
as an accounts manager / team leadExperience in direct client / stakeholder management and communicationYears of experience in a corporate organization or settingStrong background in project management, with a good grasp of project management toolsExperience and a good understanding of the dynamics of creative production is a plusExceptional skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPointSelf-starter who works well independently and with the teamOrganized, detailed and follow consistent process to ensure efficiency and qualityAbility to coordinate, manage and track high volume of work assignmentsStickler for day-to-day deadlinesPro-active and solutions-drivenA people personHas a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills towards local and foreign counterpartsAn effective communicator with a strong command of the English languageComfortable to work on US hours
