The Client Feedback Support Specialist assists the Head of Clients & Markets Development in overseeing and delivering the technical support requirements pertaining to Client Feedback services that support PwC Africa member firms.
The Client Feedback Support Specialist supports the Head of Clients & Markets Development in efforts to improve the uptake of all aspects of the Client Feedback programme, improve awareness of the value of client feedback amongst PwC Africa member firms and drive the process of seeking feedback, as well as related training and guidance.
This role supports the PwC Africa territory of firms and CMD teams at those firms. As the largest firm in the PwC Africa territory, this role also directly supports PwC South Africa and the PwC South Africa CMD team.
The Client Feedback Support Specialist coordinates efforts to improve the Client Feedback programme at PwC Africa member firms. He/she ensures a quality experience for Africa CMD’s clients, which includes attention to detail and follow-through. Client Feedback support services will be delivered through a shared services model that supports PwC Africa member firms and will be accessed through the Africa Traffic Controller and the Africa CMD team’s work management system. The Client Feedback Support Specialist works together with other CMD resources in the PwC Africa territory to deliver training, support and guidance as needed.
Role Description
Coordinates Client Feedback support, providing guidance and direction and delivering technical support as well as coaching and training
Contributes to improved awareness of Client Feedback programme, elements and options including:
EMEA feedback form: Service Experience / Client Experience surveys process and guidance
Post-decision review process and guidance
Independent Senior Partner review process and guidance
Ensures delivery of timely and high-quality responses to requests for Client Feedback support
Requests for training, coaching and other support services will be accessed through Africa CMD’s work management system
Ensures collaboration within the Client Feedback support team at the EMEA cluster level, and actively engages with these resources
Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards, visualisation, and centralised client feedback reporting for PwC Africa.
Ensures that Client Feedback delivers value to the business
Has knowledge and aptitude to take a Client Feedback training programme from concept through to finality
Keeps up to date on Client Feedback use trends, challenges and opportunities
Identifies needs or problems and comes up with solutions

Qualification & Experience
Requirements
Degree/diploma in data analytics or related field and/or tertiary qualification
3+ years’ experience
Previous experience with a client or customer feedback system is highly preferred
