Introduction The End-to-End Lease Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire lease lifecycle, from lease inception to end-of-lease processes. This includes collaboration with Sales, Local Office colleagues, and other departments (Pricing, Accounting, Credit, F&P), as well as disbursements to Business Partners, accurate customer invoicing, asset management, and handling customer queries and disputes. The role ensures high customer satisfaction through efficient operations, timely response to requests, and proactive problem-solving. Your Role and Responsibilities o Ensure high customer satisfaction by swiftly processing BP payments, lease inception, and end-of-lease activities. o Perform all administrative tasks according to working instructions, keep them up to date, and ensure satisfactory Business Control status. * Support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and achieve SAT ratings for all internal audits, Continuous Self-Assessments, and Business Control reviews. * Actively communicate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure a positive atmosphere and contribute to high customer satisfaction and business growth.
