Cushman & Wakefield have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Host to join our Global Occupier Services team based within an iconic landmark Corporate Office Building, in London.
We are seeking a dedicated, diligent Client Host to be involved in the following:
Meet and greet all visitors attending site in a professional manner.Assist staff including, providing temporary access to the building.Provide a welcoming and professional customer experience, delivering a seamless customer journey.Achieve the highest standards of quality, service and presentation of the business, create valuable rapports with clients and maintain excellent professional relationships.Manage meeting room booking/changes/catering requests.Escort visitors to Broker’s Lounge Area, offer and prepare refreshments.Arrange necessary catering/ hospitality requirements for all meetings and events where necessary, with occasional assistance on client’s event required.Meeting Room Set up ensuring the rooms are adequately stocked with stationary and requested equipment.Ensure Meeting Rooms are left tidy.Ensure all calls (internal & external) are answered, transferred/forwarded promptly and professionally; record any messages accurately and return calls.Attend regular One to One review meetings.Help create a one team culture sharing best practice and attending regular team meetings.Understand and strictly adhere to Cushman & Wakefield procedures and protocols of the building with regards Health & Safety and Security measures.Log any Building Faults/Issues with the Cushman & Wakefield Helpdesk.Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies.Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities required by the business in supporting the daily operation of the contract.Holiday cover for Facilities and Catering team as and when required.Follow all standard operating procedures and take time to ensure you are aware of any changes and updates.Be aware of all company and client policies at all times and seek clarification whenever you are unsure of the best way to act.Be a proactive and cooperative member of the Front of House team, taking part in meetings and suggesting positive change and improvements when opportunities are identified.If you would like to hear more about the role and the wider team within Cushman & Wakefield then please get in touch today.
