Client Implementation - Business Analysis / Mapping - Office

Who we are looking for

In this role as Officer - Alpha Operations Client Pathways, you will work with State Street teams from around the globe to lead multiple teams supporting the transformation of some of State Street’s key middle office clients. You will deliver all day-to-day responsibilities of your teams in a fast-paced, flexible and exciting environment. The role will need to initiate and develop good communication and interpersonal relationships with operations, technology and client relationship teams and IT to ensure any change initiatives maintain the high level of service that is currently being provided to these clients.

This is a transformation position with significant change the bank responsibility within Middle Office Services. The candidate is someone with proven record of operational analysis and project execution, with creativity and self-motivation to delivery on mission critical projects.

What you will be responsible for

Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.

Perform hands-on data analysis to support business insights and operational improvements.

Translate requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements and process improvements.

Support the design, development, and testing of technical solutions that align with business objectives.

Facilitate collaboration across teams and disciplines to align business requirements with system capabilities.

Conduct and oversee gap analysis and dependency mapping to support project managers in identifying and managing interdependencies.

Support systems and flow analysis to uncover inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.

Evaluate workflows and processes, contributing to streamlined operations and enhanced efficiency.

Develop and review process and flow diagrams to ensure accurate representation of systems and dependencies.

Utilize a strong understanding of financial products to inform analysis and process enhancements.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics tools.

Conduct data validation and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability in analysis.

Work closely with IT to ensure seamless integration of solutions with existing systems.

The candidate for the Officer Alpha Operations Client Pathways role will possess and/or be able to demonstrate:

7 years + experience in financial services presently in a leadership role, having been involved in large scale transformation roles.

Understanding of the Corporate Investment Banking landscape, with experience leading operational teams within the Middle Office space

Strong Stakeholder and Relationship Management skills

In-depth understanding of the linkage between information technology and business value

Operations experience program managing large scale initiatives and implementations

Strategic thinker with an ability to effectively partner with Operations and Transformation leads, technology partners and senior management

Creative and analytical ability in problem resolution and troubleshooting

Collaborative leadership and work style

Additional requirements

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $90,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
