We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Client Implementation Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

As a Client Implementation Manager, your role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of complex trade solutions to Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) clients, and supporting the development, commercialization, and implementation of digital trade finance products and channels. You will also play a key role in enhancing and digitizing our offerings to establish new digital capabilities.

Support implementation of complex digital trade solutions, including Supply Chain Financing programmes, and execution of high-quality service to CIB customers to meet evolving client requirements and expectationsCompletion of technical and operational on-boarding for new-to-trade or new-to-bank clients, ensuring timely revenue realizationCollaborate across teams including Coverage, Sales, Solutions Structuring, Technology and Operations to ensure seamless execution and client successManage the product development for GTS in-country projects and actively contribute to global and regional projects for digital channels Contribute to the digitization of trade offerings, focusing on increasing straight-through processing (STP) rates and the successful implementation of new digital capabilitiesLeverage on client feedback in assisting Product and Propositions team in developing client propositions and product enhancementsTrain internal teams (e.g. Sales / Client Managers / Services) and promote digital agendaRecommend improvements to operating models, procedures and practices based on subject matter expertise
