Role Purpose:

The role of the Enablement management group in Client Implementation is key to shaping global and local client relationships by managing multiple payments and liquidity projects to successful completion. You’ll be at the forefront of maintaining GPS products for existing to bank clients, ensuring seamless transitions, driving satisfaction, and supporting excellence.

Main Activities:

Provide support on maintenances required for existing to bank client base, utilising knowledge of SME Payments, Liquidity, ERP, and Regulatory Solution. Coordinate Product and Channel Fulfilment by ensuring that products and services are delivered in accordance with the scope outlined in the Statement of Work.Support proactive project management methodologies and organisational designs to assist in managing multiple client projects effectively.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions, under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager.Own client communication throughout the project lifecycle and beyond on simple ETB project. Assist in client communications throughout the project lifecycle and on complex ETB projects.Provide timely updates to the Project team and deal initiator on the status of all activities ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the process and verifying projects set up ahead of providing confirmation.Ensure every client can operate their accounts and services as expected, and project expectations are met before a project is completed.Complete necessary can operate their accounts and services as expected, and project expectations are met before a project is completed.Maintain a balance approach to work and life, even when under pressure.
