Why this role is important to us:
The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Corporation, deals directly with State street Client’s to process Account in various Systems. The client onboarding team monitor the progress of the account openings and actively communicate with relationship Managers to ensure that the account opening process is completed in a timely manner.
What you will be responsible for:
Processing COAC set up in the Trade system for COAC Notification and processing.Good Knowledge of Corporate Action. Asset management, Investment Manager, Custody, Prime brokerGood Knowledge of SWIFT messages for Trade processing.Some functional experience on IBOR/ABOR Platforms and Trade processing system.Some functional experience on live processing on application .Should have done some data analysis and data conversion and or BAU activity of Clients to an in-house systemEscalate unresolved issues to management as required.Understanding of Custody business & platforms.Goo understanding of Global markets and currenciesAbility to perform tasks effectively to strict deadlines and Must have skills in reporting/work allocation and other metrics dataTeamwork and collaboration skills: ability to work effectively with others to enhance team efficiency and quality outcomesCompiles and submits necessary documentation to assist with responding to all client requests in a timely, thorough, and professional manner.Work in conjunction with individuals on the team as well as other Client Service teams, Shared Services/COEs, outsource partners, other business units and external clients as needed to ensure seamless processing according to the fund’s policies, to ensure that all Services Level Agreements are met.Ensure all deliverables which are going out of the firm are thoroughly reviewed Participate / Facilitate / execute functionalization efforts Ability to recognize and prioritize issues through daily updates, ensuring work is completed within established timeframes Working closely with internal teams during the onboarding process confirming requirements and addressing their inquiries.What we value:
