As a Product Delivery Manager in Client Journey, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
Job responsibilities Manage product market release planning, execution, & testing / validation Conduct ongoing inspection / validation of client journey design & value intent Validate end-to-end of client solutions across product domains Conduct final validation in pre-production & post-production environments Partner with teams (product, design, technology, compliance, ops, sales...) to manage controls, readiness, and go-to-market plans Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes Strong experience in acquiring / merchant services payment understanding Experience with domain model, understands business process flow, client experience and use cases Serves as a function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus Strong ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively & confidently (both verbal and written) Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proficient knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft suite to include PowerPoint, Project, Visio and Excel
