DescriptionAs Client Liaison Manager at Chartered Wealth Management (CWM), you will focus on delivering outstanding levels of service to high-net-worth clients and take every opportunity to exceed expectations. With a positive, can-do attitude, you will strive to go the extra mile and act as an ambassador for the business, representing our commitment to excellence in every client interaction. You will build strong rapport and relationships with clients, developing a deep understanding of their needs and strengthen these relationships at company events.
You will be a critical support to Financial Planners, effectively collaborating to ensure processes are followed within set deadlines and that all administrative requirements are completed professionally and accurately to deliver the best possible outcome for CWM clients.
\nThis role is being recruited for Chartered Wealth Management (CWM), a personal wealth management firm, renowned for offering tailored financial planning and asset management services to high-net-worth clients. CWM is proud to be joining the Progeny Group.
Key Responsibilities\nServe as a professional, courteous point of contact for high-net-worth clients (via email, phone and face to face), providing a welcoming and knowledgeable experience at all times.\nPromoting ‘Trust in Excellence’ by way of first-class client service and build/maintain client relationships. Client retention is key to ensuring the ongoing success of CWM. \nDedicate time to gain insight into clients on a personal level, fostering rapport, trust and a deep appreciation of their unique needs through day-to-day interactions and presence at company events. \nProvide effective client support to Financial Planners, including being first line contact for all clients when the Financial Planner is unavailable.\nLiaise with Financial Planners and Paraplanners, as & when required, supporting with requests, queries and with the arranging of meetings and appointments. \nPrepare, process and support new business and the onboarding of new clients, processing and submitting a range of pensions, life assurance and investment business.\nEnsure that accurate client records are updated on our CRM/platforms and maintained effectively.\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nExperience of working in an IFA/Wealth Management administration/support role. \nPossess a positive, can-do attitude in keeping with our culture.\nAbility and desire to build and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients. \nStrong communication skills with clients/providers and good networking abilities.\nExcellent levels of attention to detail and organisation.\nGeneral IT skills, including ability to ensure ongoing knowledge of platform enhancements.\nProven ability to work well both as an individual and within a team. \nAbility to compile reports.\nPlease refer to our job description to review the responsibilities and person specification in more detail.
