What is the opportunity?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Literature Associate to join the Chief Administrative Office, and support RBC Brewin Dolphin’s Print & Literature Manager to govern client facing literature across Wealth Management Europe (WME).
What will you do?
Trigger and coordinate periodic reviews of client literature with business owners and ensure no unapproved overdue reviews.
Manage change requests across WME and ensure there is appropriate participation at the CLF.
Maintain Consumer Duty checks and ensure that Consumer Understanding metrics are maintained for audit trail.
Support the Print and Literature Manager with strategic projects and audit requests.
Maintain the Client Literature Hub (in terms of inventorying all in-scope documents / timestamps from periodic reviews and any Consumer Duty scores)
Build and maintain relationships across all stakeholders in the Business (WME) including CLF members.
Enhance the client literature governance process through the adoption of a semi-automated workflow tool (Wrike)
Maintain the Client Literature Team’s inbox and flag any urgent requests as required.
Build and maintain relationships across supporting partners in Marketing, Design and Data Office as well as the wider CAO team.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Strong organisational skills.
Excellent stakeholder management.
Experience within the financial services sector, ideally within a wealth management environment.
Technically capable (i.e. to manage workflow tools / reporting)
Nice-to-have
Project management skills.
An understanding of end-to-end business processes.
