Client Management Head

MediCard now boasts of more than half a million members and over 54,000 accredited doctors in over 1,000 hospitals and clinics nationwide. It also operates 16 MediCard free-standing clinics that provide services at par with those offered by hospitals minus the confinement.

MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and business renewal / retention by leading the client management team and developing strong client and account management framework. Also responsible for engagement with client to drive portfolio profitability and governance of customer service deliver.

Develop and implement a client engagement / management strategy to drive business profitability and renewal / retention.
Oversees relationships with key client contacts; handles high-level complex client stakeholder management.
Oversees client satisfaction data / dashboard; ensures team proactively addresses client issues and concerns. 
Oversees client data to draw insights to improve portfolio performancer
Oversees conduct regular client reviews to manage loss-ratio / utilization and identify opportunities for partnership, utilization management, upselling or cross-selling.
Lead client renewal process and negotiation
Recommend renewal pricing strategy esp for complex customers; approve renewal pricing within approved authority limit
Lead client engagement / management team:  drive performance; coach and develop, ensure talent engagement and retention.
Collaborate with other function to drive performance and deliver superior customer service. This includes:New business sales team to collaborate and ensure aligned interaction with clients
Sales excellence team and Operations to manage internal SLAs
Marketing / product / Medical teams to identify and execute opportunities to drive revenue and strengthen partnership with corporate client
Data science team to analyze client data and draw-out insight
Finance / pricing drive portfolio profitability and pricing
Enabling functions:  HR, Risk & Compliance, Legal

KPI
Overall Persistency / renewal ratio and rate action
Portfolio profitability: operating expense and loss-ratio
Customer satisfaction / Net promoter score (NPS).
Portfolio revenue growth through upselling / cross-selling
People metrics: engagement, retention, development
Compliance metrics
Innovation / transformation / productivity
