**Your day at NTT DATA**
The Client Manager is a seasoned subject matter expert. This is a quota-bearing sales persona and is primarily responsible for taking full ownership of assigned accounts and manages and grows relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas. This role is able to do so by leveraging company's tools and methodologies to analyze the client’s situation and business requirements.
**What you'll be doing**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage and grow relationships to drive expansion and renewals within assigned regional clients.
+ Build and influence stakeholder relationships.
+ Collaborate with company offices to deliver excellent client experiences.
+ Achieve revenue and margin targets by aligning client needs with company solutions.
+ Develop and implement strategies with local client managers.
+ Establish account strategies with key stakeholders.
+ Enhance profitability, revenue, and client satisfaction.
+ Perform competitive analysis to align solutions with client requirements.
+ Act as the first point of contact for client issues.

+ **Client Engagement and Management:** Improve client relationships and drive sales growth.
+ **Sales Solution Skills:** Apply company offerings to client needs and market trends.
+ **Sales Pursuit:** Identify and advance sales opportunities, coordinating resources to close deals
**Required Experience:**
+ Seasoned experience in selling technology, solutions and services preferably in the Manufacturing / High Tech industry / Telco space
+ Seasoned experience in a sales environment and/or customer service role.
+ Seasoned experience in the IT or professional services industry with a focus on business development and/or sales.
+ Seasoned experience in driving alignment to a common vision and working across multiple stakeholders to achieve sales growth.
+ Seasoned sales orientation with experience working with clients and business teams to create sales-orientated solutions and services.
+ Seasoned experience gained in a similar client manager role.
+ Seasoned experience working with Salesforce.com contact platform.
