Client Manager | HIAIS The Client Manager is responsible for providing best in class service for a key portfolio of HIAIS clients and will work closely with their team members to implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of the team portfolio. This Client Manager is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with leadership to drive positive results in the region. Who are Aon and HIA? HIA is Australia’s only national building industry association, representing the interests of the housing industry at regional and national levels. What the day will look like + Lead a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on providing best in class, expert advice as a specialist in residential construction + Building strong relationship with clients, as well as internal and external stakeholders to enhance the client experience + Identify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutions including, but not limited to, additional insurance products and risk management strategies to support and protect client’s businesses + Managing and overseeing insurance reviews, liaising with appropriate stakeholders as required to obtain best possible outcomes for clients and their business requirements + Develop new and profitable business within HIAIS QLD region + Contribute to the strategic direction of the HIAIS business in QLD and Nationally Skills and experience that will lead to success This opportunity would suit someone with solid a foundation and knowledge in general insurance, with a passion for servicing clients. In this role you will be provided with support to continue to grow your understanding of construction insurance and other essential products necessary for residential construction clients.
