About the Role

As a Client Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team of specialists involved in the delivery of training and audits to various organizations. You will be working closely with BSI clients to help improve their performance by providing training services, as well as assessing their systems against applicable standards.

Carry out Assessments of clients’ Management Systems to ensure that they meet the requirements of International Standards, such as but not limited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, ISO 55001

Conduct various types of audits as Team Leader or Team Member

Together with the audit team, prepare assessment reports and present audit outcomes to clients clearly for them to be able to understand and take appropriate actions, as necessary.

Deliver Training courses (Public or In-House) to clients on various topics and share knowledge and expertise to meet client expectations.

Provide assistance and feedback with the design of training solutions and support in course development.

Build relationships with clients and promote BSI’s product offerings and solutions aligned with their needs, by providing technical support during client engagement together with the sales team.

For this role, we are looking for someone who has the following experience and expertise:

Completed a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; completed studies in IT-related courses is an advantage.

Minimum of five (5) years of relevant working experience, as demonstrated by a comprehensive knowledge of business processes and systems. Experience in working/implementing ISO Management Systems in a manufacturing or IT systems and/or services industry is an advantage.

Can demonstrate thorough technical knowledge and can speak the language of the business.

Completed Lead Auditor Course on any of the following, as minimum: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000-1, ISO 22301, ISO 55001.

Third-party Certification Body (CB) experience as Auditor / Lead Auditor preferred.

Strong presentation skills and can communicate effectively at all levels within a client’s organization and BSI and can demonstrate high-level inter-personal skills.

Can work with minimal supervision and proven administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage customer expectations.
