About the Role

As Account Manager, you are responsible for your defined accounts, and the development and training of assigned Customer Success Managers. You will report on driving product adoption, usage, and customer relationships. You will aim to improve the positioning of LexisNexis from both a retention and expansion perspective.
 

Responsibilities

Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales goalsDriving consistent performance and results by leading and sponsoring continuous improvement projectsActing as the product expert, supporting not only customers but also internal teams adhering by best-practicesDeveloping deep understanding customers’ objectives and becoming their trusted partnerConducting regular account reviews, escalations and create standard presentation materials for the lifecycle plansDetermining how to define, drive, and demonstrate the value Return On Investment deliveredGathering feedback internally from teams and externally from customer for alignment and continuous improvement

Requirements

Display solid, communication, organizational and time management skillsBe able to work effectively in a constantly evolving and rapidly growing product sales environmentDemonstrate the ability to negotiate contracts and close businessDemonstrate an ability to work in a team selling environmentDisplay a successful track record of B2B sales experiences of subscription, solution-based selling or similar modelsHave the ability to travel up to 50% of the time (day travel)

Salary Range

$92,179 base plus target commission of $51,400 annua

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for California.$81,800.00 - $152,000.00
