State Street Portfolio and Risk Analytics combines unique capabilities in data and analytics to better serve our clients and build relationships with new customers. Through information and insights, investment analytics and data solutions, our goal is to help our clients to generate the most value.
Our client offering provides a full suite of analytics that give clients insight into the risks and performance of their investment portfolios. Supporting all asset classes the platform produces analytics such as: Stress Testing, Value at Risk (VaR), position specific analytics for derivatives (Delta, Gamma, Vega etc.), fixed income characteristics such as duration and convexity, liquidity and ESG metrics.
We are looking for a candidate to join Client Onboarding Team. The successful candidate be responsible for setting up data flow, calculations and reporting for new clients and products into truView platform.
This position is a hybrid role, which you can perform in our offices in Krakow or Gdansk. During the onboarding time it is important to us that you will be available fully in the office, what will help us to prepare you well to your work.
Your new roleAs an Client Onboarding Expert you will:
Manage and support the onboarding process of new clientsIndependently drive projects and other project-based tasks as assignedManaging development of a streamlined and consistent operating modelProvide ongoing support and trainings to clients and operation teamsEnsure an efficient, accurate and error resistant setup prior to go-liveCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and onboarding experienceAssist in specifying new functionality to further streamline operational processesWork with local management on strategic initiatives and planning for business unitWhat we valueThe qualifications and skills needed to succeed in the role
Education: Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics or related field is preferred but not essentialExperience: 2-6 years of experience in financial services, ideally in risk management or quantitative financeStrong understanding of risk concepts, valuation methods and risk metrics (Value At Risk, Stress Testing, Exposures, Greeks, Back Testing)Familiarity with one or more financial regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., MiFID, Basel III, UCITS, SEC rules etc.)Client relationship management: Strong ability to interact professionally with clients, delivering high quality serviceProblem-solving: Proactive in identifying and addressing potential challenges during the onboarding processCommunication: Good communication and English language skills (both written and verbal)Attention to detail: Accuracy in handling client data and process documentationTime management: Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectivelyTeam Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills to work cross -functionally with internal departments and teams across locations in North America, EMEA, APACTechnical aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and use risk management tools and platformsAdditional Skills (Nice-to-Have):
