Your role in the Team

Our team is dedicated to managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance, and optimizing onboarding processes for our global   operations. We handle critical tasks like, negotiating contracts, monitoring EIDV performance, and exploring innovative onboarding solutions. Our Team is heavily involved in Future of Onboarding Project, which aims to revolutionize customer onboarding globally

What you’ll do

Support and configure Alloy’s platform to align with internal compliance and risk strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and improve user experience using Alloy’s services.

Analyse platform data outputs to provide insights and recommendations for fraud detection and identity verification enhancements.

Communicate with Alloy’s support team for issue resolution and feature requests.

What you’ll need for this role

Experience in Risk or Compliance Operations.

Prior experience in a compliance, fraud detection, or risk management role is valuable.

Basic Technical Understanding.

Experience working with API-based platforms or SaaS tools to support integrations.

Knowledge of Digital Onboarding or Customer Authentication Processes.

Some hands-on exposure to digital customer verification, onboarding processes, or identity solutions   would be helpful.

Ability to work independently.

Have basic knowledge about KYC processes. 

Excellent communication skills- the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues and stakeholders.

Self-motivation and organization – the ability to manage your own time and task list effectively.
