$18-$26/hr based on experience

Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues. Educate clients on guidelines and sets expectations for the handling of any employee issues. Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion. Coordinates resolution of the all-workforce issues with vendors and client partners and understands risk areas for all parties. Delivers client customized new hire orientations. Collects and reviews all required work related onboarding documents for each employee prior to start. Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges and escalates issues to the appropriate resource (using CRM, Power BI, time/attendance software). Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents and investigates safety incidents and executes the safety observation program.
