As a Client Operations Associate I within the Merchant Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through quality service and coordinating client needs with other functions as required. You will provide active support, by telephone or email, to solidify and expand relationships with corporate merchant accounts. Your role will involve effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a focus on enhancing customer retention and demonstrating the value of Merchant Services.
Job Responsibilities:
Respond directly to inquiries and issues from key contacts, ensuring effective communication and resolution. Navigate systems and tools efficiently, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and solve client problems. Contribute to a team environment by providing feedback and participating in projects aimed at process improvements. Ensure accurate and timely responses to inquiries to maximize individual performance metrics. Treat every client interaction as an opportunity to enhance customer retention and demonstrate the value of Merchant Services.Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with commercial and corporate clients in the Indian market. Proficiency in understanding and navigating complex systems and processes. Familiarity with computer software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications. Proven ability to build and maintain professional and productive relationships with peers, colleagues, and clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information in a polished and professional manner. Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
