**What's the role?**
We’re looking for a Client Operations Executive to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in optimising and enhancing the efficiency of our operations. Reporting directly to the GM of Client Operations, this is a unique opportunity to shape processes, drive productivity and make a significant impact on how we deliver exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to the GM of Client Operations and team leaders, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across the team.
+ Reports & Presentations: Prepare and refine key reports, presentations, and materials with precision in Google, ensuring they’re polished and ready for stakeholders.
+ Organised Logistics: Take charge of scheduling, organising and managing internal meetings, including setting agendas, taking meeting notes and following up on action items to keep everything on track.
+ Document Management: Maintain and organise essential documents, files and data, ensuring easy access and accuracy for the entire team.
+ Project Tracking: Keep track of project milestones, deadlines and deliverables, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
+ Expense Management: Assist with expense tracking and invoice processing, ensuring financial records are maintained accurately for review.
+ Special Projects: Provide support for ad-hoc tasks and special projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and on time.
+ Operational Efficiency: Contribute to the smooth running of daily operations, offering administrative support to enhance the Client Operation teams overall effectiveness.
+ Process Improvement: Play an active role in identifying and implementing process improvements, enhancing workflows and boosting the broader teams support experience.
+ Automation & Optimisation: Identify opportunities to automate, standardise, and optimise administrative tasks to improve team productivity and efficiency.

**Who are you?**
+ Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, etc.) and Google Slides
+ Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.
+ Advanced experience in data entry, document management and handling administrative tasks with precision.
+ Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
+ Sound understanding of procedures or systems and the ability to adapt quickly to new processes.
+ Experience working in a media organisation is a plus.
+ Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a bonus but not required.
+ A basic understanding of media operations or a strong interest in the media industry will be an advantage.
