About the Role: As a Client Operations Leader, which is a customer facing position, you will be managing overall NCR Voyix delivery performance, review and fix areas that are under-performing. Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Services- Incident, Problem, Change and Project management. Act as a point of Escalation and manage issues/incidents to conclusion, utilizing NCR Voyix support teams and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive operating procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction. Be a subject matter expert who owns projects (and their success) from start to finish. As a Client Operations Leader with NCR Voyix, you’ll notice patterns others don’t and figure out how to solve challenges before they become problems.Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and onboard new clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Schedule and conduct regular meetings with customers to review delivery quality, plan and ensure new product & services quality assumptions, discuss customer-specific service issues, seek to uncover new NCR opportunities, and ensure the integrity of all account information.Performance Monitoring: Analyze and report on customer performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. On a regular basis, you’ll check in with clients to make sure we’re meeting their needs, from overall service quality to the fine print of policies and procedures—with the goal of bringing more exceptional experiences to people across the globe.Communication: Develop and manage clear communication plans for clients and internal teams. Review the quality of the help we provide to our customers by attending vendor and customer meetings. As necessary, you’ll coordinate additional trainings, or propose process changes. We may even need you to step into supervisory responsibilities for account support resources.Problem Solving: Identify, develop, and implement solutions to resolve operational issues and improve processes.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: Several years of experience in client operations or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and other business applications.Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or similar are a plus.
