You are:

A   Performance-driven Contributor who is responsible for identifying opportunities to grow revenue, analysing program and performance effectiveness, supporting a team of client managers and sales executives with operational initiatives and insights, identifying high growth opportunities, optimizing client sales potential, and provide daily operational support to the Client and Sales Management teams and Europe & China Sales team. You are a Proactive   team player who will provide operational support to regional sales personnel with respect to new business, presales support, and client implementations as well as interact with the Facility and Sales Operations teams to help streamline processes, brainstorm and develop revenue generating ideas and programs, and implement new features and products.  

You will:

Generate weekly forecast and metric reports & provide analysis for Sales Management

Generate weekly and quarterly forecast and performance metric reports & provide analysis for multiple levels of sales management including managers, directors, and VPs

Assist the Client and Sales Management organization by creating a triage for operational issues affecting client performance

Identify and follow through with creative solutions to problems presented by business and sales stakeholders

Enhance decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and presenting data for management consumption and action

Positively impact Sale teams through participation in projects and providing data and analysis in conjunction with BI, Facility Operations, Finance and other key constituents across the organization

Support KPI definition and reporting to internal/external users

Drive efforts to improve cross-function customer satisfaction scores

Develop strong understanding of company processes, procedures, and areas to improve

Provide ad hoc operational support to the Client and Sales Management teams on a daily basis

Your background:

As a Client Operations Manager, you have:

 

4+ years’ work experience in Sales Operations with preferred background in retail or ecommerce General understanding of retail shipping and logistics strategies, as well as import, export and customs processes Familiarity/Comfort of reporting to Manager in the US whilst working out of the UK office Experience working in a dynamic and growing environment with some foundation in policies and procedures but one that continues to evolve due to business growth and product expansion Possesses a high level of initiative with ability to handle demanding situations & deadlines Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction and an inherent sense of when escalation is appropriate Strong written and verbal communication skills along strong analytical, assessment and problem-solving skills is a pre-requisite for the role Ability to work independently yet always as part of the team is key!
