This position is responsible for ensuring all functions regarding system configuration for school set-up on waiver and enrollment system. This includes responsibility for processing changes into the various systems, answering waiver or enrollment configuration questions or escalation. Timely school set-up during implementation season by working closely with the PMO group. Completing Tier 3 tickets (associated with level 1-3 tasks) escalated within the operations group. Escalations could include processing changes into the various systems, answering process or configuration questions for (waivers or enrollments) requiring additional research, system changes or testing. Analysts will be asked to research data for service area technical escalations to identify possible causes. The analyst will work closely with IT by documenting the isolated problem and provide input for best resolution. The analyst will also be called to provide training demos on new features, processes or new efficient tools to the service area and operations groups as needed.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Takes a lead role in implementation of company initiatives (transitioning clients, new products, new system, new enhancements, new features).Complete accurately and timely all incoming operation tasks (Tier 3 tickets, Reports, research on a topic, data analysis) assigned to the operation group. Assist the service team area with escalated issues preventing the completion of service tasks (adding students, deleting students, incorrect refunds, payments or making waiver changes, etc.)Assist the service team with students regarding waivers, eligibility and enrollment questions, changes, support e-mails, refunds, etc. for any Tier 3 tickets.Monitor data integrity (waiver and enrollment) by using various system control reports and tools.Assist in testing new systems or new tools to be used by the Service team area. Create test plan and monitor results.Research data for service area technical escalations to identify possible cause.Work closely with IT by documenting the isolated problem and provide input for best resolution. Monitor results.Requirements & Qualifications:
