About This Opportunity Join InComm Incentives and help power the future of rewards and loyalty programs! As an Operations Specialist, you’ll be the go-to contact for our clients and customers, ensuring seamless support through our digital platforms. You’ll build strong relationships, handle escalations, and collaborate with account management and business development teams to onboard new clients, resolve cross-functional challenges. Responsibilities Excellent relationship management skills. Ability to manage partner setups, audits, issue resolution, logistics and billing among other operational tasks. Experience analyzing reports and identifying trends. Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines throughout multiple physical and online clients. Must be driven to identify and exceed customer needs and expectations. Ability to listen attentively, respond effectively and resolve account issues in a timely manner. Ability to act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts, including operational tasks. Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Detail oriented and outstanding organizational skills. Work with internal systems to manage programs and contribute to migration of client programs to new and emerging technologies. Manage and update CRM tool with new program details including pricing information to ensure sales and account management have up to date information. Ability to communicate and work effectively across various internal organizations in support of account initiatives. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to current processes and technology problems that can affect our clients. Work with internal teams to recommend or execute solutions. Very comfortable learning new technology/product lines in a highly innovative environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office software with emphasis on Excel. Represent InComm InCentives in a positive, professional, and customer focused manner. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum two years client facing communication experience required. Associates, BA or BS degree highly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook. Experienced working with Customer Relationship Management software (Salesforce), Sharepoint and activity tracking systems desired. Experience working with account administration and Back Office systems. Project Management knowledge a plus. Preference given to applicants who have demonstrated experience supporting “Software as a Service” products. Experience in incentives, payments, loyalty, prepaid, stored value or gift card products a plus. Experience providing customer service in a business environment.
