As a Client Order Coordinator, you will be working with global clients and vendors to assist to register and renew domains. Additionally, you will be supporting clients to process and fulfill orders, handle escalations and problem solve any issues that arise. Most importantly, you will be part of a global team with opportunities to support our clients and team members internationally.
Position Overview:
Fulfillment of domain orders: Complete domain requests to Register, Transfer, Modify and Renew domain names by fulfilling jurisdictions requirements accurately and within our clients Service Level Agreements. Research and become proficient in domain specific requirement knowledge, collaborate with the Global Fulfillment Team and other support teams as requirements change. Communicate effectively internally and externally: Communicate order updates to our internal Client Service Partners in a complete and concise manner to maximize order efficiency. Build partnerships with global vendors, communicate via email, and phone while practicing effective cultural awareness. Manage work queues: Proactively monitor new requests in shared team queue. Prioritize work queue and collaborate with the team in daily huddles to ensure not only your work, but also the teams work is complete.What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
