We are currently seeking a Client Partner to join our Data & Analytics practice. This Client Partner will engage with our clients within the Healthcare Life Sciences industry. This position will work remotely from your home office located within the Northeast US region. This role is required to travel to client locations at minimum 25%.
The Client Partner serves as a trusted advisor, fostering strategic, long term partnerships with clients by understanding their unique industry dynamics, data challenges, and objectives. This role is instrumental in driving the success of data-driven engagements, pursuing transformative business opportunities, and managing high value portfolios.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Establish and nurture a strategic, long-term partnership with clients through continuous engagement, gaining insights into their industry, challenges, and strategies. Oversee the entire delivery of engagements, taking a leading role in pursuing new business opportunities and expanding offerings for clients. Effectively manage a portfolio exceeding $5M, with a focus on achieving growth targets. Formulate and execute client business plans to drive success. Lead in the deal-shaping process, delivering compelling presentations to customers, and expanding the business footprint. Leverage technical expertise, leadership ability, and strategic thinking to drive data initiatives. Engage with C-suite and senior leadership to strengthen relationships. Maintain a utilization target of 50%. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering the development of emerging leaders.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 years of dedicated service in the professional services / consulting industry. Minimum of 12 years of proven track record in account or client management roles. Minimum of 10 years of exemplary financial expertise in areas such as P&L management and deal structuring. Minimum of 10 years in leading or contributing to end to end data projects. Minimum of 5 years industry experience within Healthcare Life Sciences
Preferred Skills:
Extensive technical program management background in enterprise settings, focusing on data projects. Demonstrated history of achieving high levels of client and employee satisfaction. Proficient in developing and executing account strategies. Experience in diverse environments, including "Big 4" Management Consulting and startup settings. Proven success and a keen interest in leading and managing teams. Undergraduate or Graduate degree preferred.
