**Client Partner – Red River**
Red River is seeking a results-driven _Client Partner_ to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the full financial and operational lifecycle of client engagements within an industry vertical, with a strong emphasis on **profitability, forecasting, and revenue growth** .
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Drive end-to-end ownership of account financials, including revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and performance to budget
+ Manage the full order-to-cash cycle, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded
+ Lead strategic planning in collaboration with internal and client stakeholders to align services with business outcomes
+ Guide successful onboarding and steady-state operations to support long-term client delivery
+ Provide financial oversight while identifying opportunities for upsell and operational efficiencies
+ Stay current with Red River capabilities to introduce high-impact solutions that maximize client value
**Requirements**
+ Executive-level presence with experience engaging with C-suite leadership
+ Strong financial acumen and demonstrated **P&L ownership in a client-facing role**
+ Strategic thinking with a track record of delivering profitable growth
+ Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions, manage expectations, and report on performance
+ Organizational and time management skills to navigate multiple clients and project timelines
+ Proposal development experience
**Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements**
+ **BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field**
+ Proven experience managing technical engagements across domains such as Data Center, Network, Cloud Computing, Unified Communications, Cyber Security, and Database Management
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with ServiceNow
+ Ability to obtain public trust clearance
+ 5 years of management experience
+ Knowledge of the ITIL framework
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
+ Proficiency in leading cross-functional teams across physical and virtual environments
+ Strong understanding of strategic service delivery and financial modeling
+ Experience with third-party service provider management
