POSITION SUMMARY:

We are currently looking for a Client Partner responsible for all client interfaces of the assigned accounts/projects. The Client Partner works together with their manager to build an account plan and is responsible for the client management to ensure clients' business needs are met on time and in a satisfactory manner.  

Responsibilities Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $10M, own the opportunity management cycle from “prospect” to “close”.Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the clientAccount planning and governance: Create and Develop the account plan in coordination with the delivery and sales team.Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications 3+ years of client engagement and/or business development experience or similar rolesMust have previous experience working on Microsoft projects or in the IT industry preferred.  Experience with data insights that inform critical business decisions.Ability to maintain familiarity with all company products and/or services.Must have strong attention to detail and communication skills.Must be responsible, self-motivated, computer savvy, independent, professional, trustworthy, and reliable.Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and verbal) is highly preferred.

A competitive pay range of $80,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience).15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).9 paid holidays per year (which includes 1 personal floating holiday). 401(k) retirement plan with company match. Eligible employees (and their families) are offered the following company-sponsored benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings account (HSA), short-term and long-term disability, employee assistance plan (EAP), and basic life and AD&D insurance. Eligible employees (and their families) are offered the following voluntary employee-funded benefits: Health care flexible spending account, dependent care flexible spending account, commuter benefits, voluntary accident & critical injury coverage, voluntary long-term care coverage, and voluntary life and AD&D insurance.
