You Are:
A strong Client Partner who will play a key role in our growth, tasked with rapid business expansion within accounts, including growing a select client cluster with clearly established top line and bottom line targets, and selling new service offerings and solutions to the client cluster in order to achieve targeted results.
The Opportunity:
· Establish and manage the overall client relationship with key decision-makers.
· Establish and build "trust" and leverage client context by understanding the client's overall business goals.
· Position UST as a Strategic IT partner and identify avenues for UST to implement IT solutions.
· Direct and manage the overall client relationship to include work quality and customer satisfaction.
· Manage the account teams (account management and project management) to meet and exceed client expectations.
· Contribute to new business development efforts, partnering with sales teams, to enhance and broaden the relationship in existing clients, and to create new logos within the vertical.
· Accountable against measurable revenue/profit growth within set timelines.
What you need:
· Must be comfortable in groups/teams and be able to both lead and follow.
· Must bring top-notch consulting /relationship management skills and a deep appreciation of IT tools, techniques, systems, and solutions.
· Must be able to relate to the business problems of the client, understand the client's context, and effectively speak in the client’s language.
· Must be business savvy, having a focus and ability to develop an advisory relationship with the client, both from technology and business perspectives is important.
· Possess at least 12 years of experience in a client-facing role or account leadership role in the IT professional services or management consulting firm
· Experienced in selling IT Solutions for customers across multiple sectors & verticals
· Experienced with the global service delivery model
· Proven track record in client relationship management, business development, and sales
· Past experience managing a client P&L of at least $10 million dollars, including reporting and metric assessment for the account
· Exposure to new and emerging technologies – eCommerce, mobility and analytics
· Strong background in a project environment and application development
· Knowledge of value articulation principles include client ROI and appropriate storyboarding techniques
· Knowledge of Client context and client engagement guidelines including organizational sensitivities to consistently look for new solutions
· Specialized knowledge of industry analytics and the ability to use trends to forecast and provide inputs within the organization to come up with the right solutions
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote/Texas
Compensation Range: $148,000 to $222,000 base/annually
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
