Compensation: Anticipated compensation for this position is $110-140k base salary plus commissions.*
Job Summary
The primary role of the Client Partner is to grow Leader In Me in their assigned region. They will effectively prospect their targeted list of education accounts (K-12), skillfully diagnose client needs and align FranklinCovey’s Education Solutions with key decision makers, close business and grow sales revenue. The Client Partner builds mutually beneficial business and education relationships by helping clients solve problems or achieve greater results with the purchase of the FranklinCovey Leader in Me solution.

Basic Qualifications
This position requires experience in one or both areas below:
Preferred Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in education, business, organizational development, or related field. Demonstrable skillset in consultative sales with capability in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, forecasting, and driving quality opportunities to closure. Experience with subscription-based models and/or professional services environment selling to Fortune 5,000 companies and/or K-12 education environment. Experience with Leader In Me implementation.
