Get to Know the Role
You will lead a sales team that sells directly to brands and agencies.
You will set the sales targets with the Head of GrabAds Vietnam, define sales strategies, and implement them.
You'll work with leaders from Marketing, Rewards, Payments, Food, Enterprise & Business Development to package compelling solutions & identify new client opportunities. Your goal is multi-million dollar annual revenue generation and showing advertisers positive results.
You will report to the Head of GrabAds Vietnam.
You will work onsite in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Manage sales team membersDevelop high-level media buying relationships with Brands & AgenciesRun high-value pitches/RFPs and JBPsPipeline management, sales forecasting, and important sales reports with team goalsDevelop media buying relationships across agencies and brandsRun local Pitches & RFPs and Joint-Business Plans (JBPs) with important partnersSales talent mentorship & developmentQualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need
7-10 years leading media and ad sales teams in VietnamSound experience of Vietnam's Ads Ecosystem both Online & OfflineExperience working across different level team membersAnalytical with a bias for data-based decisionsTeam Player with the ability to work across a matrix environmentExperience working with Sales Tools/CRM experience to make the team as efficient as possibleDeveloper & Nurturer of talent with mentorship skillsExperience achieving targetsAdditional Information
