You Are:
UST is seeking an experienced Client Partner to lead and grow a portfolio with one of our key telecom clients. This is a dynamic opportunity for a strategic leader to drive business growth and deepen client relationships. As the Client Partner you will manage a portfolio, running senior-level client relationships, up-selling within the account, P&L for top and bottom line, ensuring client success, and growing the client relationship.
The Opportunity:
· Manage a client portfolio with annual revenue of $25 to $40 million.
· Drive business growth with full P&L responsibility.
· Ensure client success by fostering strong relationships, delivering high CSAT, and realizing business value for the client.
· Establish and expand executive-level client relationships.
· Collaborate closely with UST's Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams to define and deliver exceptional value to the client.
· Lead UST teams to exceed expectations and deliver excellence in every engagement.
What you need:
· At least 10 years of experience in a combination of client relationship management and business development roles.
· Strong experience in the global delivery model.
· A proven track record of managing client relationships, driving growth, and achieving sales targets.
· Demonstrated success in managing P&L responsibilities for a portfolio of at least $25 million.
· Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.
· Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of being a thought leader in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
· Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships at the senior executive level (CXO and CXO-1).

Experience within Telecom industryCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.
Role Location: Bellevue, WA or Frisco, TX
Compensation Range: $148,000-$222,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
