You Are:

 A Client Partner who will serve as the strategic interface with new clients and new solutions for the purpose of business/IT strategy planning, business development, and relationship management. You will add value to UST strategy and customer business by providing advice and recommendations to improve their processes, systems, and technology.

 

The Opportunity

• Capture long-term business needs and drive the creation of Banking and Financial Services domain-specific and integrated solutions for the client with Focus in Asset and or Wealth Management.

• Analyze and assess the competitive landscape and provide inputs.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop and execute a plan for revenue growth. • Manage revenue growth, EBIDTA growth, and margin for the accounts

• Manage Delivery Team across multiple clients achieving utilization targets and manage target margins

• Provide team coaching to reach growth targets and employee personal career growth

• Meet with clients in a Pre and Post Sales capacity to deliver subject matter expertise and consultation for clients' needs in closing the deal.

• Analyze overall Wealth or Asset Management architecture, partner solutions, standards, trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to develop a comprehensive transformation and technology strategy to capitalize on opportunities identified for the long term

• Act as liaison, advocate for the Asset or Wealth Management team and provide strong input into product and GTM development

• Understand the Company products and how it applies to the Asset or Wealth Management industry and relevant systems, solutions, and services offerings to build a GTM roadmap

• Develop processes for enabling customer dialog and gathering customer input to be used to communicate market requirements, technology points of view and architectures to key product teams

• Regularly interact with senior IT and Business executives regarding progress, strategies and vision for Asset or Wealth Management

• Evangelize the company Asset or Wealth Management solutions architecture and technical roadmap both internally and at external (customer, partner and industry) events/briefings/meetings

• Develop external partnerships with industry platform providers and fintech’s to build a greater ecosystem of solutions to address industry challenges and trends

• Industry facing activities to share thought leadership, relationship building and continuing to build brand recognition

 

 

What You Need

• At least 12 years in a client-facing role or account leadership role in the digital transformation professional services space. Primarily in Asset or Wealth Management

• Strong experience with the global service delivery model with at least 8+ years in Business Development and Technology Sales or consulting

• Proven record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CXO and CXO-1) levels. Experience in creating impactful presentations that articulate customer experience values in B2C and B2B space

• Ability to manage client P&L, including reporting and metric assessment for the account

• Evangelist experience with “Digital Transformation” initiatives

• For Asset Management consideration, strong expertise across 40-Act, Alternatives, ETF and Digital Assets and associated COTs products

• For Wealth Management consideration, strong expertise from Private Banking, HNW, Mass Affluent, RIA market and institutional retirement a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical field of study

• Strong technical background, including experience with leading architecture efforts or developing and deploying key solutions at leading Global Asset or Wealth Management enterprises, or global system integrators or a solutions and software vendors with demonstrated industry expertise.

• Strong understanding of emerging technology in sector and use case development.

• Excellent internal and external communications skills

• Knowledge of and/or experience with product development processes, rhythms and needs.

• Ability for International and domestic travel

 

Bonus Points If

• You have demonstrated leadership in managing existing business, developing new business, and building strategic, long-term, and high-value engagements with existing customers.

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote/ New York

Compensation Range: $184,000 to $276,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
