**Summary** :
The Client PMO Lead will provide both strategic and tactical operational governance through implementation planning, execution and productive use of the Lyric solutions for key Lyric customers. This position requires effective collaboration and engagement with Lyric and Customer executives, key stakeholders and project teams. Program and project management expertise is required to lead and manage large complex implementations, upgrades, and post go live production support of the Lyric products designed for the Healthcare Payor industry.
This role is responsible for the overall success of the operational projects for strategic customers and delivering successful project outcomes and high customer satisfaction. This role actively manages issues and risks to a satisfactory end and ensures timely escalation awareness for senior management insight and review.
This position reports to the Lyric President and Chief Operating Officer and work closely with Lyric cross functional stakeholders at the leadership and team level. This role is responsible to ensure the creation and execution of the customers’ roadmap (i.e., overall solution and implementation planning including internal Lyric planning and joint implementation planning with customer), develop and managing the overall program plan and ensure on time and on budget delivery to meet defined customer success factors.
**Role Responsibilities** :
+ Lead planning (conduct discovery, clearly identify dependencies, issues, potential risks), own creation of program plan in project planning tools, and maintain ongoing ownership and ultimate accountability for plan and execution.
+ Act as a primary client facing representative for the Lyric at both the executive and team levels.
+ Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to work at both the executive and team levels with skill in adapting communication content and delivery to multiple target audiences.
+ Work closely with Lyric Client Executive and Service Delivery team to define and execute on the client roadmap on an ongoing basis.
+ Collate and manage the Lyric cross functional project plan (e.g. Product and Technology, Clinical Content Development, Data & Analytics and Customer Success/Service Delivery). Ensure an on schedule, on budget delivery.
+ Coordinate and maintain interdepartmental relationships at all levels associated with strategic customer projects.
+ Be able to travel 25-30%.
**Basic Requirements:**
+ 4-year degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
+ 12+ years of experience Healthcare/Payer complex Software Implementations with familiarity of claims processing and claims payment operations.
+ 8+ years project management skills along with strong conflict resolution, resource allocation and resource prioritization experience.
**Preferred Requirements:**
+ PMP or similar certification
+ Masters Degree
+ ClaimsXten product experience
***The US base salary range for this full-time position is:
$143,327.23 - $214,990.85
