As a key member of our Sales Support team, the Client Presentation Specialist will be responsible for developing high-quality, visually compelling presentations that empower our sales team to effectively communicate our solutions to clients. This role focuses on creating polished, professional slide decks and ensuring that all materials align with our brand, messaging, and client needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop visually impactful, client-ready PowerPoint presentations for the sales team, ensuring they are clear, engaging, and aligned with the company’s brand and messaging. Work closely with sales leaders and subject matter experts to gather relevant content, transforming technical and business information into concise, visually appealing slides that support key messaging. Design and update presentation templates to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all client-facing materials. Create custom graphics, charts, diagrams, and other visual elements to enhance presentations, ensuring clarity and visual appeal. Maintain a library of presentation assets, including slide decks, graphics, templates, and other materials for quick access and future use. Continuously evaluate and improve the visual quality and design of presentation materials, incorporating feedback and best practices to ensure top-tier content. Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and create tailored presentations that effectively showcase our solutions. Provide expert guidance on PowerPoint best practices, design principles, and presentation structure to ensure high-quality deliverables. Stay up to date on design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to presentation development.
Compensation: this position will be paid on a salaried basis with a pay range of $40,000 annually ($19 per hour) depending on prior experience. This base pay is subject to all applicable statutory deductions and
authorized withholdings as required by law. This base pay is also subject to any authorized deductions to contribute toward the employee’s portion of benefits premiums and/or 401(k) contributions.

3+ years of experience in creating PowerPoint presentations, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in slide design, layout, and visual storytelling. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create and edit complex slide decks, templates, and graphics. Strong graphic design skills, with experience in creating or updating charts, diagrams, icons, and other visual elements to enhance presentations. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring presentations are polished, error-free, and professionally designed. Ability to transform complex information into easy-to-understand, visually engaging slides that align with client expectations. Experience with other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus. Knowledge of best practices for presentation design, layout, and typography. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of presentation materials. A creative mindset and a passion for visual storytelling. College degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
